FAQS
Learn More About the One Pan
What is the One Pan made of?
The One Pan is fully clad built with 3 layers that work together for better cooking results. It features a titanium cooking surface, aluminum core, and stainless steel exterior.
The titanium layer is an ultra-durable, non-reactive surface delivering long-lasting performance and clean cooking experience. Aluminum is a great heat conductor, spreading heat quickly and evenly, eliminating hot spots. The mirror polished stainless steel exterior adds strength, style, and is compatible with all stovetops, including induction stoves. Together, these materials help create a long-lasting, PFA-free, and high-performance cookware solution.
Is the One Pan non-toxic?
Yes! The One Pan was made to be a non-toxic cooking solution to replace traditional non-stick pans.
PFAs, PFOA, and PTFE are part of a group of synthetic chemicals also known as "forever chemicals" that don't break down in the environment or in the human body. PTFE and PFOA especially have bene used traditionally in Teflon non-stick coatings.
The One Pan does NOT use a synthetic coating though, but instead we designed a pure, un-coated textured surface that delivers a natural food release with minimal oil. So you can cook with confidence knowing your pan is non-toxic, coating-free, and designed for everyday use for many years to come.
For more information, check out our "Non-Toxic Cookware" page.
What is GeoGlide™ and how does it work?
The One Pan features our proprietary GeoGlide™ surface technology, which is a textured pattern engineered onto the titanium interior that delivers natural food release. Constructed, not coated, the raised surface pattern enhances food release with less oil required and without needing the perfect temperature.
When you add oil to the pan, it spreads into a thin, even layer across the textured layer. Food then mainly makes contact with the small raised points and the oil, helping reduce sticking from contact with the full-surface. This smooth and optimized cooking surface allows food to glide effortlessly, making it easier to sear, sauté, fry, and flip ingredients.

Does the One Pan have a non-stick coating?
No! This sauté pan does not have a chemical coating. Even the best non-stick frying pans with a coating have a timeline when they'll start to deteriorate.
The One Pan achieves the same effortless food release through our textured surface engineered onto the titanium interior. This means it's 100% free of PFAs, PTFE, and PFOA which are commonly found in non-stick coatings. AND it'll never break down, peel, flake, or leach into your food.
For more information, you can view our product testing results on our "Our Testing" page.
What makes the One Pan different from traditional non-stick pans?
The One Pan is a large, versatile cooking pan that works as a frying pan, sauté pan, pot, casserole dish, baker, bread pan, and more. This multi-functional pan is designed to replace traditional non-stick pans and upgrade over the best stainless steel pans, offering a titanium, coating-free, high-performing, 3-ply cooking system built for durability, safety, and effortless food release.
It's constructed to last for decades, without a chemical coating to wear down and featuring an ultra-durable, scratch-resistant titanium cooking interior. It's raised textured surface design allows for excellent food release, giving it superior cooking experience and cleanup than stainless steel pans.
What is fully-clad tri-ply construction?
Fully-clad cookware means each layer is bonded the full width and depth of the pan (from edge to edge) which offers the best heat distribution and overall performance. Unlike traditional cookware that only adds an extra later to the bottom, or an encapsulated base, The One Pan is made to ensure the sides heat up just as fast as the base, giving you better control when searing, deglazing, and reducing liquids.
Tri-ply (or 3-ply) construction refers to the three layers of bonded metals that make up the pan. This layered build features a non-reactive and safe cooking surface (titanium), an effective heat-conductive core (aluminum), and a durable magnetic outer layer (stainless steel) for durability and induction compatibility.

Care & Cleaning Questions
Is the One Pan dishwasher safe?
Yes! The One Pan and the glass lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher without compromising performance. The One Pan is dishwasher safe cookware, built for regular use without warping or structural damage to make cleanup fast and convenient. For best long term maintenance and to ensure the longevity of the shiny mirror polished finish, we recommend to wash all stainless steel cookware by hand with warm, soapy water.
Can I use the One Pan in the oven?
Yes! The One Pan itself is oven safe up to 750°F and can be used in the broiler as well. The glass lid is also oven safe (up to 500°F), but for most recipes we recommend removing the lid when using the pan in the oven.
Can I use metal utensils with the One Pan?
Yes! The textured titanium cooking surface is highly durable and scratch-resistant, built to handle use with metal utensils. You can confidently use any utensil in your kitchen arsenal without worrying about damaging the cookware.
Unlike traditional non-stick pots and pans, which can easily get scratched up, wear down over time, and leach chemicals into your food, the One Pan is engineered for long-term performance.
What is the best way to clean the One pan?
The One Pan is dishwasher safe! For best results and to ensure the pan's longevity, we recommend wash by hand with warm, soapy water.
Allow the pan to cool completely before cleaning. Once cool, wash with warm water, a mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or cloth to remove any food residue.
How do I remove stuck-on food without damaging the One Pan?
To safely remove any stuck-on food from the pan, allow the pan to cool completely then fill it with warm, soapy water and let is soak for 15-30 minutes. This will help loosen the food without the need for harsh detergents or intense scrubbing. Then, clean with a soapy sponge. Rinse and repeat if needed.
If food is starting to stick, it's usually because the pan needs a refresh. Over time, cooking residue or deep cleaning might result in the lost of your seasoning layer. Make sure to use oil when cooking and preheat your pan properly.
If sticking continues, a quick re-seasoning will help restore optimal performance. See our Cleaning & Care Instructions for a guide for seasoning the pan.
What if the pan develops stains or discoloration?
It's completely normal for the exterior of the pan to develop a darker appearance or lose some of it's shine over time, especially with regular use or dishwasher use. This is normal and happens with all stainless steel cookware. The discoloration is cosmetic and does not affect performance, safety, or durability.
To restore the shiny appearance, we recommend a nonabrasive polish like Bar Keeper's Friend and your pan will be beautifully mirror polished and shiny again in no time!

Cooking with the One Pan
What types of stovetops can I use the One Pan on?
The One Pan is fully functional and works great on ALL types of stovetops. It's compatible with gas ranges, electric cooktops, ceramic, glass, and induction stoves.
Do I need to use oil when cooking?
Yes, we recommend preheating the sauté pan with a small amount of cooking oil or butter for the best cooking performance. Use a natural oil with a high smoking point, or butter, to help preserve your pans non-stick properties. Avoid spray-on oils or aerosols (oil-only misters are fine), as they can leave behind a residue that builds up over time.
We do not recommend starting cooking in a cold pan. Never leave an empty pan on the heat and don't leave pans unattended while heating or cooking.
For more information, visit our "Cleaning & Care" page.
What's the ideal temperature for cooking with the One Pan?
For best results, we recommend cooking with the One Pan on low to medium heat. Using moderate heat gives you better control, more consistent browning and improved food release.
Seasoning Information
How do I season the One Pan?
Seasoning the One Pan is a quick and simple process that helps enhance its natural non-stick performance and protects the surface for optimal cooking.
For full seasoning instructions, please check out our "Cleaning & Care" page. You can also follow these quick steps:
- Wash the pan with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
- Heat the pan on medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add a thin layer (1-2 tsp) of cooking oil. Swirl the oil around the inside of the pan and use a paper towel to coat the surface of the pan evenly.
- Leave the pan on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- The One Pan is now seasoned a ready for use!
Why do I need to season the pan?
Seasoning the One Pan before first use helps activate its natural non-stick properties and ensures the best possible cooking results from the start.
Adding oil works perfectly in partnership with the One Pan's GeoGlide™ texture, creating a seasoning barrier that improves food release, reduces food sticking, and enhances the cooking process. By heating a thin layer of oil onto the surface of the sauté pan, you add an extra layer of performance. This also helps protect the cooking surface and supports long-term durability.
Over time your pan will perform better as it re-seasons itself with oils from the food you cook. We recommend to re-season after deep cleanings, dishwasher cleaning or if food begins sticking to the surface.
How often should I season the One Pan?
Unlike traditional non-stick pans, the One Pan benefits from occasional re-seasoning. You should reapply seasoning after deep cleaning, dishwasher use, or whenever you notice food sticking more than usual. Regular maintenance helps preserve the pans non-stick qualities and extend the sauté pan's lifespan.
