GeoGlide™ is our proprietary surface texture engineered onto the interior of the One Pan, designed to provide effortless food release. Unlike stainless steel pots and pans that have no built-in non-stick elements or traditional non-stick cookware that relies on chemical coatings, the One Pan utilizes a raised texture surface constructed directly into the titanium surface of the pan. The result is exceptional non-stick performance with minimal oil needed and no coating to peel, chip, or wear away over time and dissolve into your food.
HOW GEOGLIDE™ WORKS
The textured interior allows for multiple critical processes to occur. It reduces the contact interface between your food and the flat pan surface and it allows for the natural oils and juices of your food to create a layer of seasoning that results in dramatically reduced food sticking and effortless food release, comparable to cooking with non-stick pots and pans.
The textured GeoGlide™ cooking surface provides excellent food release while requiring only minimal oil or butter. That means you can prepare meals with less added fat while still achieving the texture and browning you want. Because the pan's surface contains no traditional non-stick coating, there is no coating to degrade over time.
